In doing so, UAE secured their first-ever bilateral series victory over a Test-playing nation, delivering a major blow to Litton Das' side.

Despite fighting efforts from Jaker Ali and tail-enders Hasan Mahmud and Shoriful Islam, Bangladesh’s total of 9 for 162 fell short on a day when their top-order crumbled, barring a brisk 40 from opener Tanzid Hasan Tamim.
Bangladesh started poorly after losing centurion Parvez Hossain Emon for a golden duck. Litton Das showed some intent with 14 off 10 but fell to Haider Ali, who wrecked the middle-order by also removing Towhid Hridoy (0) and Sheikh Mahedi Hasan (2).
Only Tanzid stood tall initially, hammering 40 off 18 balls with 4 fours and 4 sixes, but he too departed with the score at just 59.

From 71 for 7, Jaker Ali (41 off 34) revived Bangladesh with help from the lower order. He put on a 44-run stand with Hasan Mahmud, who then added a vital 34-run unbeaten partnership with Shoriful Islam. Hasan smashed 26 off 15, while Shoriful added 16 off just 7 to push the score past 160.

Haider Ali was the standout bowler for UAE, returning exceptional figures of 4-1-7-3, including a maiden over.
UAE began their chase aggressively, racking up 58 runs in the powerplay. Though they lost skipper Muhammad Waseem early to Shoriful, the momentum never dipped. Rishad Hossain and Tanzim Hasan Sakib picked up a wicket each to briefly lift Bangladesh’s hopes.
However, Asif Khan (41 off 26, 5 sixes)* and Alishan Sharafu (64 off 46)* powered UAE home with a match-winning partnership. Sharafu reached his half-century in style with a six and sealed the match with a boundary in the 19th over.
The UAE chased down the target with 5 balls to spare, leaving Bangladesh stunned and marking one of the most memorable days in UAE cricket history.
