Mohammad Haris' ton led Pakistan's chase
Pakistan opener Mohammad Haris produced a sensational maiden T20I century to guide his team to a dominant seven-wicket victory over Bangladesh in the third and final match of the series at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday.
Haris blazed his way to an unbeaten 107 off just 46 deliveries, hitting eight fours and seven sixes, as Pakistan comfortably chased down a challenging 197-run target with 16 balls remaining.

He was well supported by fellow opener Saim Ayub, who contributed a composed 45 off 29 balls.
The duo added a crucial 92-run partnership after Pakistan lost Sahibzada Farhan for just one in the opening over.
Hasan Nawaz added to the momentum with a quickfire 26 from 13 balls, while skipper Salman Agha calmly finished the job with a 12-ball 15, ensuring a 3-0 series whitewash for the hosts.
Among the Bangladeshi bowlers, Mehidy Hasan Miraz stood out with figures of 2 for 26 in his three overs, while the rest of the attack struggled to contain Pakistan's aggressive batting display.

Bangladesh set a commanding total of 196 runs in the final T20I of the series in Lahore — their highest-ever team total against Pakistan in T20 internationals. However, the effort wasn’t enough to withstand the onslaught from Mohammad Haris, whose destructive batting stole the game.
After losing the toss and being sent in to bat, Bangladesh got off to a flying start. Openers Parvez Hossain Emon and Tanzid Hasan Tamim stitched together a 110-run stand in 10.4 overs — the fifth century partnership by Bangladeshi openers in T20I history.
Emon top-scored with 66 off 34 balls, an innings laced with seven fours and four sixes, marking his maiden T20I fifty. Tamim supported well with 42 off 32 balls, including three fours and three sixes.
However, the innings lost momentum after the opening pair was dismissed. The middle order, including Liton Das, Towhid Hridoy, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, and Jaker Ali, failed to build any significant partnerships. Hridoy made 25 off 18, Liton scored 22 off 18, and Jaker remained unbeaten on 15 off 9.
For Pakistan, Hasan Ali and Abbas Afridi picked up two wickets each, while Faheem Ashraf and Shadab Khan claimed one apiece.
