A hectic schedule awaits the West Indies cricket team towards the end of this year. After hosting Australia and Pakistan in home series, the Caribbean side will travel to Bangladesh in October-November for a limited-overs series.

The West Indies Cricket Board has already confirmed the fixtures for all three upcoming series.

Against Bangladesh, the visitors will play three ODIs on October 18, 20, and 23, followed by a three-match T20I series on October 27, 30, and November 1.

Before that, West Indies are scheduled to play a three-match T20I series against Nepal in Sharjah, with games slated for September 27, 29, and 30. All matches will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Although venues for the Bangladesh series are yet to be officially announced, a reliable source has told Cricfrenzy that the first two ODIs will be hosted at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

The third ODI and the opening T20I are likely to be played in Chattogram, while the remaining two T20Is will take place at Dhaka’s Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

Bangladesh experienced mixed fortunes during their last tour of the West Indies. The Tigers scripted history by registering their first-ever T20I series whitewash on Caribbean soil, but in the ODIs, they were on the receiving end of a whitewash. The two-match Test series had ended in a 1-1 draw.

Following the Bangladesh tour, West Indies will head to India for a two-Test series in October. The first Test begins on October 2 in Ahmedabad, while the second will be played from October 10 in Delhi. In November-December, they are scheduled for a full tour of New Zealand, comprising five T20Is, three ODIs, and three Tests.
