Bangladesh T-20 captain Mahmudullah Riyad believes batting order should be fixed in T-20 cricket as that will allow players to know about their roles and play with freedom in their position.
Bangladesh yet to get the right opening combination in t-20 cricket because in the last series Tamim and Naim opened for them but Liton das did not have a chance.
Liton form in the recent one-day series would see Bangladesh again change their batting order before the t-20 world cup
Mahmudullah Riyad is not a fan of changing batting order in every game
‘’Batting position should be fixed in T-20 cricket, it can be 3,4 or 5 they should bat that position accordingly. I believe this thing very much, especially in T20 cricket if you are aware of your role then it becomes easy to you. ‘’ Mahmudullah said in the pre-match conference before the t-20 series
Mahmudullah said batting in the lower order is more tough in T-20 cricket than top-order batting
‘’ Basically in T20 cricket batting at 5,6 or 7 is tougher than the top order. In the very first ball you have to hit. So you have to consider those things. And I think those situations will be in consider from now on. I think team management will also support on this matter’’ added Mahmudullah
