The 20th match between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Delhi Capitals (DC) saw another low-scoring game where DC convincingly won the game.
Delhi Capitals won the toss and have opted to bat first and they made only one change where Axar Patel came in place of Lalit. On the other hand, Suchith came in place of the veteran pace Bhuvneshwar Kumar for SRH.
However, Delhi opener Prithvi Shaw got off to a boundary off Khaleel Ahmed and hit three consecutive fours as well. He, alongside Shikhar Dhawan, took on Abhishek Sharma in the very second over and their onslaught helped the side put up 51 runs inside the powerplay.

However, SRH failed to break the partnership as Shaw brought up yet another fifty off 35 balls and they both put up 80 runs in the halfway mark. However, it was Rashid Khan who managed to provide the first breakthrough by removing Dhawan for 28. Soon Shaw became a victim of a run-out and went for 53.
However, Rishabh Pant (37) and Steve Smith (34*) steadied the ship in the middle and took the total to 159 runs in their allotted 20 overs.
While chasing, David Warner and Jonny Bairstow added 28 runs before Warner became the victim of a run-out and went for 6. His dismissal brought Kane Williamson in the middle and he opened up his account with a four.
Soon, he and Bairstow added 28 runs before the latter got out for 38 off 18. His dismissal slowed down the chase in middle-overs as they could only manage 80 runs after 10 overs. Virat Singh's struggling 4 off 14 ended soon after and Kedar Jadhav too failed to contribute.
Meanwhile, Williamson held the fort from one end and brought up his fifty off 42 balls. However, he got good support from Suchith who smashed 14* off 6 and Williamson's unbeaten 66 took the team to a tie and eventually Delhi won the game convincingly in the super over.
