With the Asia Cup just around the corner, Bangladesh is gearing up for a crucial three-match T20I series against the Netherlands as part of their preparation.

On Monday, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officially announced the complete schedule for the series, which has seen a few changes from the initial plan.

According to the new itinerary, the Netherlands team will arrive in Bangladesh on August 26, with the T20 series commencing on August 30. The remaining two matches will be played on 1 and 3 September.

All three matches are set to take place at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. Before the series begins, the Dutch players will train in Sylhet for three days. Originally, the Netherlands were expected to arrive in mid-August, and the series was scheduled to start on 19 August. However, the timeline has been pushed back slightly.

Meanwhile, fitness tests for the Bangladesh players will begin on 6 August in Dhaka, and the coaching and support staff are scheduled to arrive by 11 August to oversee preparations.
