Pakistan legend Shahid Afridi and Qalandars’ icon player dropped the hint for continuing his cricket career for another one or two years for his fans, after their victory against Team Abu Dhabi in the Abu Dhabi T-10 league on Saturday.
In the very first match, he took 2-16 to assist Qalandars set up a nine-wicket win over Team Abu Dhabi. The all-rounder was named as the Man of the Match for his two important wickets, which helped to restrict the opponent in low total.

Afridi has always been one of the biggest core attractions in any franchise league, however he had to suffer before appearing in this tournament. He had to return to the UAE due to visa complications. Later, he returned to the UAE with a visa and entered the field after observing quarantine.
"Quarantine wasn't bad because I was missing cricket but I tried to keep myself fit in the hotel room doing some different activities," he said. "The good thing is that I'm still enjoying my cricket and I'm still passionate about it and my fans, they want to see me playing cricket so because of my fans I love to play and love to continue for maybe one or two years" said Afridi after the match.
