Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan departed from the field on the second day of the first Test, due to a fresh blow in his old groin injury. Shakib has not yet rejoined the field as it has been confirmed that he will not be continuing in the ongoing Tests. The team management has not yet confirmed whether Shakib will be available in the XI in the second Test.
