Three members of the Sri Lankan delegation have tested positive for the covid-19 virus, but the first match of the three-match ODI series is expected to be played on Sunday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.


It was learnt that cricketers Isharu Udana and Shehan Fernando along with their bowling coach Chaminda Vaas had tested positive as per a report on Saturday night.

All three were isolated and a second test was done where Udana and Vaas returned with negative but Fernando’s one once again showed positive.
