Veteran Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan has announced his retirement on Saturday from international and domestic cricket.


The legendary southpaw made the announcement this morning on his official handle on the social media platform X.

"It's important to turn the page to move forward in life and that's why I am announcing my retirement from international and domestic cricket," Dhawan said in a video message.
